LX 450 Owner's Manual

Does anyone know what pamphlets were in that original leather holder for the owner's manual? My car didn't come with the owner's manual....apparently someone broke in and stole it at one time. Anyway, I'd like to replace it just as was. Luckily the toolkit is all there.
