I need to drop my mom off for an appointment near Twinbrook in Fairfax just before noon and will have 60-90 minutes to kill. Anybody wanna grab lunch somewhere close by? The closer to there, the longer I’ll have. For reference, Kilroys is only a few miles away.

You may want to consider Spartans. A little closer than Kilroy’s and IMHO better. The gyros are amazing.

Damn. I haven't been to that shopping center in over 20 years. I'm sure nothing is the same there. Might be time to revisit.

I grew up on Angies at Twinbrook shopping center. Went there last year and the Greeks had all turned into 60 year old Asian women who didn't speak much English.

I'm calling this one off. My mom's appointment has changed to a later date and I have too many other things to try to squeeze into this visit.
