One line obviously is from the master cylinder. The second then routes to the rear brakes. The third? If you plug the third "unidentified" line, will the LSPV still function?
 
the third line is a sensing line that is tied into the front brake system. The more pressure in that line from the from the front brakes results in more pressure at the rear brakes. Disconnecting or plugging the line means you will have minimal pressure at all times at the rear brakes.
 
So, in essence, it receives pressure from both the front and rear brakes? See the drawing below.
