LSLC Membership Cards (1 Viewer)

I post this to our mailing list every so often, but here's for you that are not on it.

LSLC members get a laminated membership card. If you have a 2004 card, it will expire on 02/28/2005. The new cards have a different design, both front and back, so...

Once you have renewed dues for 2005, post here the following information:

*Name (as you wish it to appear on your card)
*TLCA# (if you are not a TLCA member, let me know that)
*Year you joined LSLC

If you will not be at the meeting following your post here, include a mailing address and I will mail your card to you.
