Don't go with TC or Camburg unless you like additional noises, you will absolutely gain NVH.... an LCA swap *should be very simple for any decent shop. I need to do this too, my new to me TLC sounds like a maintenance truck going down the road, squeaks are unbearable enough I plan to replace everything with rubber bushings
 
I really doubt you bent an arm. They’re absolutely massive. You knocked it very badly out of alignment and maybe bent a tie rod. That’s about it.

Take some pictures of the front end.
 
Right now there's not much to see. It's the vertical steering wheel, vibration, lights, and camber that give it the racecar look. I took the TC and others off the table, at this point it'll be the stock going back, assuming it's part of what's broken.

Looks like the alignment tabs bent, so your eccentrics moved.
