Hey fellas, read this My first rig! 2000 LX470 for $3,500, Did i win?. Looks like this guy could use help. What do you think about helping him out with parts and help him get his front drive up and running. I dont have the top skills/know how but have used oem front cv's that need new boots, driveway and tools. If we can get him to drive down here in a couple of weeks, maybe we could help him out and pay it forward. I'm guessing you guys may have some of the other parts he needs and skills to replace. Let me know your thoughts and if we get enough interest, I'll organize a Saturday workday.

Wow that really sucks, someone knew what they were doing when they sold that truck. All I have are two spare CVs in good shape (one OEM one aftermarket). I did post on that thread that Shawn out at LC Specialist may have a front drivetrain available.

Who would have thought, when buying a truck you need to crawl under and make sure all the parts are there

Thanks for the support! I soon I will getting CV's and front driveshaft back from PO. Who knows what conditional they will be in...
