not sure if there was ever A DELETE cover ?

Thanks Matt, ya I was wondering, I haven’t been able to find one images or part number her, figured I would make one until time to install PTO. do you have anything that would make sense to install there instead of cover/Pto?

i did not notice its a RHD till now ?

where is your transferase stick hole

in the removable service cover right ?

now as i think harder

i have seen and may even have a PDF copy of the paper template used by dealers on 1/79-later 40's

you have a 83-84 right ?

i see the STAWARS Dash over lay features cut outs switch panel design

many PTO was a DEALER Installed KIT Technician would actually CUT out hole using a paper template patter

wow thats was a huge nail biter job ?

buy this part FJ55 hump

really a worthless part anyway

cut out and final shape a service cover oem style

make your 4 bolt holes using a same in kind paper template pattern jig ! :D

DONE !

and with all oem parts for well $99

this way its removable if u get a winch one day

also MY Plan does NOT De-Value your truck in anyway non evasive

Yup that was my plan, if I couldn’t find the original :) it will look factory that way and match geometry, same flare bent sides and gasket. Thanks for the thoughtful reply :)

see, :

a FJ40 hump will cost YOU $$$$$$$$

the FJ55 one is a low demand low cost part

fyi ........

Are they the same angles and Curvs? Thanks Matt :)

its CLOSER than a FJ40 hump in my opinion ......YES

u will have to reshape some of course

but a minimum effort here in my world

I would also speculate that that part even if produced would have been obsolete and no longer available 20 years ago.

get the 55 tunnel or have some sheet metal bent to shape.
