I've been looking through all the part diagrams on partsouq and cannot figure out which part this is. I'm sure somebody on mud can tell me.
The PO put some piece of plastic to cover the gap and it looks like crap. I'd like to replace it:

is that supposed to be 1 piece all the way across the front under both headlights and grill?
it's riveted to each fender and bolted to 2 brackets across the front?
good used if you don't want to go new.
