Looking for lower spring seat bolt (1 Viewer)

Hi all,

After snapping the bolt while installing my last shock onto my new lift kit, then ordering an entirely new lower spring seat (my dumbass thought the bolt was a stud off the seat) I am in search of a new bolt so I can complete my lift! Does anyone know a part number for or where I can find this part in red in the pic?

That looks like 90119-12088. I'm pretty sure it's still available from toyota. or Google the part number.
