Looking for LHD wiring harness for 78 or other 4 door 70 series with all the power options preferably. Any in South America or Middle East?

Also looking for rust free inner fenders for the heavy duty 70 series, preferably with dual battery at opposite sides, that is not both batteries on the same side.
