Was wondering if anyone had a sizing chart or a recommended size for a pioneer rack from rhino rack that could be mounted on my 1992 HZJ77. Or any other recommendations for roof racks on 70 series cruisers.

This is what I got for my troopy.
42104BF - 84"x56" Pioneer Platfrom - Flatpack - Unassembled
RL210S2 - Gutter Mount Leg Set x 3
I've seen the 72" x 56" size mounted on a 60 and should work for a 77 no problem. Depends on the length you want.
There may have been some other bits, I think the Vortex bar to RL fit kit for each leg, but I think that's it. Etrailer usually has a good range of what is needed from RhinoRack and also had the best prices that I found.
It's easier to search RhinoRack Aus to get info and part numbers for what fits pertaining to the 70 series.
Some pictures and details here, along with just load bar P/Ns if you wanted that instead of a flat pack

The heavy duty RL210 Black load bars are also sold with Toyota Badging in Aus. I think @FJ73Texas has a set of the Toyota ones on his 77

The rack with the Toyota badging that I am using is actually RL150 Rhino intended for the 76 series in the Australia market. Same size for the HZJ77.
The bars from this set up measure at 1500mm (or 59 inches).

The RL210 probably just has higher gutter mounts but the bars remain the same length, same type heavy duty bars is my guess.
That is correct, and I think the troopy roof is higher than a 77. So, OP could use the pioneer rack I posted with the RL150S gutter mount legs.
Hi mate, I’ve mounted several Pioneer Platforms on my rigs. The same specs for both 77 or 78 Prado, as the roof is the same.
