Not sure what you mean by "solid case"
The H2FA transfer case we have on USA 80 series did not have the PTO opening if that is what you mean by solid case.
My H442F w/H1FA is JDM and came with a PTO drive box attached.

I bought one a few months ago from CruiserParts.net. In the description it said it was for a 70 series, but the photo and part number were 80 series, so I went for it and got the correct 80-series part.
If you need something temporary (or permanent but not original), it's pretty easy to cut and drill 1/8" aluminum plate and then make your own gasket. I did this on mine for the short term until the correct part came along. If you contact @BarnFab, he now has the temp one I made.

A home made aluminum plate would certainly work just fine, I even have some stock on hand.

It’s available new from Toyota for a stupid cheap price. Less than $50.

p/n 36124-60030 shows as unavailable from the usual sources that I know of.
My HF1A is off a 92 HDJ81 (if it matters).
