Looking for a new Drill - Hitichi

I'm looking at getting a new cordless drill. Mine bit the dust after 3 years. (ryobii)

This is the one that I'm looking at:

Not a bad price either:

I checked consumer reports and they rate this as one of there top "heavy duty" drills. Plus it has a 10 year warranty! I mean I'll loose it before it will ever get replaced.

Question: Anyone using this drill and can give some advice. I want a drill that will last for a change.

I spent a little extra and bought the hammer drill. Going strong after 2 years, great tool.

Owned one of their rotary hammers for 11 years, that is why I went with the coordless.
