I'm looking for a very good fj60 (primarily) or an fj62. Either would have to be in very good condition with no or little rust. I prefer stock, but some mild conversions aren't a big deal. Exterior paint isn't a big deal. Mechanically, it would have to be solid. I need something that's nice and is or could easily be a daily driver. I don't want a museum piece and I don't want a piece of junk.
I need to drive what I buy, so the west coast is out. Something in the mid-atlantic area would be ideal.
I'd like to stay under 8K.
For you horse traders...
I've got a 1974 Honda CB550 I could work in a trade. It's a great bike and a lot of fun to ride. It's got about 8500 miles on it and almost entirely stock right down to the tires. It's probably worth about $1500-1700.
