Looking for a expert tech in 3UR-FE / LC200 in Alexandria, VA area

Mud fam,

In need of qualified mechanic in Alexandria, VA area, who can troubleshoot 3UR-FE on 09 TLC200, which does not throw a DTC, my knowledge stops there and simply don't have time due to being in school. If anyone could point me in the right direction finding this person I'd greatly appreciate it! This is continuation of saga from this thread Stalling when at full stop either in gear or idling on neutral - https://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/stalling-when-at-full-stop-either-in-gear-or-idling-on-neutral.1291090/#post-14565401. Thought I've fixed it, but I was wrong, really looks like a gremlin lives under the hood lol. Truck is not drivable, would have to tow it to the shop. Thank you!

Random ideas/thoughts-have you tested your battery? Is your alternator functioning? Ever try a fuel system cleaner with PEA as one of the ingredients?

Battery is X2 power AGM, only 8 months old, alternator works, have not tried a fuel system cleaner yet....

And did you check the rest of your vacuum lines? Maybe you fixed it enough to not throw codes, but there's a remaining leak somewhere. Or perhaps the the vehicle needs to relearn proper air/fuel ratios now that you fixed the leak. I'm not quite sure if that's something easily resetable.
