I have a 99 lc100 rack in SE WI. Saw your from IL. I sold the four plastic feet covers off it. But I have a the rest. Wud sell cheap as I dont need it..30 min west of Milwaukee.

FYI LX rack is different than the Landcruiser. I learned the hard way
