Yes this thread is bringing back more memories still - after reading @Cgn1976 ’s post, it reminded me of another rig my Dad had for a stint, a 1976 Club Cab short bed, full time 4wd Power Wagon. Orange and black. They called it Brutus. Another rig I could have easily latched onto and been wheeling and doing a frame-off build on instead of the 55. Tough truck. A buddy in HS had a very similar vintage, step-side Power Wagon, fire engine red, with a matching camper shell. The inside of the camper had a permanent reefer scent.
