lockers

Considering a change from my FJ60 to an FJ80.

Found a lady selling a '96. Sound pretty nice however she doesn't know if it has locking differentials or not. I am planning to go look at it but in the meantime how can I tutor her to check if her's has lockers or not?

Don't bother -- just go look. Chances are good she'll mistake the power window controls for the locker switch and tell you it has them even if it doesn't.

Not that it happened to me or anything. Oh yeah, it did.

So how about some tips for me. I should find a switch for activating the lockers?

Did these just have rear lockers or front to?

Read the 80-series FAQ...I believe how to identify lockers has been brought up atleast once or twice in here...

From the factory they either have lockers front and rear or no locker. This is the switch that you want to look for:
