I just called and talked to the guy...he's a tow company. They towed it in, and the original owner was not able to pay for it....so signed off on it. This seller does not have a title, I repeat there is no title, but he did start and drive it when he threw a battery in it. It does need a radiator.

This Land Cruiser is located in Marin County outside of San Francisco California.

For anyone looking there are 2 locked rigs in Houston on CL as well. One is only 3500

No connection but happy to check them out for anyone if they got serious or coordinate a ppi
