Location for gas tank boil (1 Viewer)

Have a 68fj40 that's titled as a 69. Want to have the gas tank boiled out. Any leads on vendors and pricing.

gas tank restoration in centex?

I have an 88 62 that LCS iss trying to get up and running....have rust in tank and they are at a loss, for some reason, as to where to take it to have the work done on it....any ideas who does this near Austin.. I know of one place but it is in Waller.

Hmm I can’t recall who I recommended, likely a local machine shop.

but it shouldn’t be hard to find, most machine shops have this ability for engine blocks. Also a radiator repair shop has the same equipment.

keep in mind it will clean varnish and debris from the tank pretty well but it won’t do anything to rust.

Had LCS flush it out, was not as bad as we thought.
