Sorry guys. Most of our members don't come here anymore. We mostly chat on FB. As for a local mechanic in BR, don't know any. But if you want to take a drive to Lafayette, @lostinafog is one of the best!

The additive stopped leak for now, I'm a decent wrench turner but splitting transfer case seems a little daunting to me

Can you give any more specifics about what you are looking to have done? And how far are you willing to travel? Just in NOLA?
