Got the Red Rocket suited up with some Christmas lights :) Now I just wait and see how long it takes for me to get pulled.

Just a heads up, on my Ute the rear cross member where this would bolt to can be prone to cracking, mine was cracked right in the middle, a little weld and good to go again

Same thing here, advantage for me on this drop down one is the weight rating is pretty good, more than I'd ever need to tow with the 78 and in the event you are dragging your rear bumper, this will offer some protection from the steps getting dinged up too bad. The only integrated bumper hitch I know of is the Kaymar rear bumper which would also be an awesome upgrade!

I have a '91 LJ78, found this on Amazon and it bolted right up. I don't have the aluminum bumper on mine, down to bare steel / not trimmed out. I like it like that and so far this seems great for my uses - pulling light trailers for projects and a 13' Scamp travel trailer for camping. Have to have a drop hitch. Seems pretty heavy duty - not sure on rating. Mounted with grade 8 bolts.
