i keep hearing how the Pajero is weaker than the Prado but yet to see the 2.5 die. i have 'heard' of two in Canada and have not come across any articles on the net in the 4 years i have been bringing in the pajero, Delica vehicles compared to the hundreds of LJ/LN dying.

the net is flooded with LN/LJ engiens dying their $$$ and painful deaths

is this just brand loyalty speaking or do you have some facts to back your claims?

Turbotojo... are you for real? don't buy a car for what is under it's bonnet? that is pure unadulterated BS M8... when was the last time you tried to buy a 2LTE cheap? and easy to find in good shape? give your head a good shake, you got some crap stuck between the ears.

reliability followed by function rules! who cares if it's land cruiser or whatever?

hi guys , i just want to say after my head went on lj78 and five grand later, i have not had an issue and i drive my ride every day , not a lot of of road but some hiway and back and forth to work , have not had a problem yet and i love my ride , just wish i knew how to fix some stuff, love it loveit love it
but what do i know. im sure these guys are right as far as the head gose but like i say , i have put 40000 kl with no problem, not to say its not going to happen again but all good in the hood. so far

i LOVE to hear it when people post about how they have put a few thousand on their LJ and they are pleased... when someone in Canada puts 300K-400K on without blowing the head then i will be impressed *(that is if they are not lying about it)*

now add to this a LJ78 cost plus the cost of a head replacement of $4K to $5K and what can you get for the total?

the answer is as of now , a ride that can hang with some other of road rids , a ride that is very comfy . lots of room. seems to like the bumps , did i say very comfy , good milage as far as im consered, romve seats put in some protection , did i say lots of room. lots of looks.
yes im sure this ride is a pain in the ass , wish i knew more. but all in all , i love my ride /pain in the ass
