License Plate Hood/Holder Removal question (1 Viewer)

I uploaded a manual off this site and can’t find the topic for removing the license plate holder. Are the two lower plastic pieces screw in or do they pop in?

For the upper “hood” do you access it from the door insert from the interior to remove?

Sorry for the newb question but any tips are appreciated.
