Liability Waiver (1 Viewer)

Now that we are an official club/chapter we need to protect ourselves by having this signed waiver on file before anyone can participate in an official event. It only needs to be completed once a year when dues are paid. I'll make copies available to the other officers in the situation that I am unable to participate in an event.

Thanks for your understanding, it is the reality of today's society.
