Lexus LX450 / FZJ80 replacing airbags (1 Viewer)

Hello all,

I am in the process of restoring a 97 LX450 and need a bit of info.

I've browsed through the forum and have located information on how to replace the driver side/steering wheel airbag, but I've come up short on how to replace the passenger side airbag. The truck was involved in a front end collision, so the plan was to install replace both airbags but if anyone else can provide guidance on what else should be replaced in addition to both airbags, please let me know!

I have the same problem. From what I could tell just looking at it, it looks like it comes right out the front of the slot and goes right back in. But I haven't pulled my old one yet....
