It's the front ones. They are always black that I've seen. They clip on under the fender flares. Yes, with running boards installed.

Not sure if this thread is still active but I’m also looking for a pair of front mud guards for an LX450, I intend to use them without running boards however and I’ve read that there is some difference from the Toyota version. Any help appreciated...
