My '92 with 300,000 miles sits 1" lower on the drivers side. Tires are all properly inflated with equal pressure. Will new springs level it out or should I be looking for some other cause?

Original springs. It's been like that since I owned it.
Probably due then. Can't think of reason other than springs your sagging. Or at least with new springs that are needed you can rule that out.

My truck had The Cruiser Lean. Even after installing new springs. My panhard and control arm bushings were bad. This helped cure The Lean.

It's like you read my mind. I'm in the middle of de-smogging it now and have to fix the exhaust next. After that I will try swapping the springs.
