OK, looks like the 2010 schedules are getting set. From the previous posts, March 18-21 seemed to be the runaway choice. It also happens to be the date for most of the Spring Breaks for the kids. Anyone have strong feelings against?

Second question, do we stay with "Round Up" or is there a more appropriate name for this event at the "New Katemcy?"

We just need to verify with Randy/Shain that those dates are ok before we lock one in. Going with the most popular date makes sense to me.

I say keep it Roundup. Everyone knows what that is.

Roundup 2.0 ???? :grinpimp:

... with 2x Speed.

or .... now with Virus Protection.

or ... Ribbed, for her pleasure. :flipoff2:

I think all subsequent Round Up's should be billed as "The Last and Final Round Up."

kinda like Chris's idea here!

The Last and FINAL Round Up x2
.....(This Time We Mean It)......

then next year x3 ect...

Still my vote:grinpimp:

Trent, Jason, Jeff, and Chris have got it right.

The Last Round Up is recognized and full of sarcastic opportunity. We can reference Michael Jackson, The Who, Pink Floyd, Brett Farve, literally anyone that has died or fallen out of the limelight.

Our T shirt sales will be fabulous!

Happy Trails! N

Still my vote:grinpimp:

I like the "This time we mean it"

The Annual Last Round Up?

Ok, how about this....
The Annual Last Round Up v.2010
And this time we mean it.....
(then quotes below from things that didn't end)

George Bush on the carrier deck-the war is over (date)
Brett Farve-I am retiring from football, (Green Bay-date)
etc...

I like the simplicity of:
Lonestar Landcruisers Last Round up
March 18-21, 2010

This time we mean it!
or Simply
The Last Roundup
March 18-21, 2010

If you miss it you'll H8 yourself

I like the Brett Favre retirement quote but not so sure on using GB. Might get someones furr stood up. If we could come up with another 3 or 4 quotes like the BF one we could be on our way to a T-shirt.

How about:
If you miss it, you will have to wait till next year....

So it's 18-21 March right?

Randy is good for that date, he is checking with Shane. As soon as he confirms, and we decide on the name, we are good to go.

If I recall correctly we have a pretty good music fest right there at the park.

Isn't SXSW 17-21 March?

hate to say it but this here thread is not about Austin or what happens in Austin.

This here thread is about wheeling, which people from all over the place drive/fly to attend to this event.

We just have to wait and see that the date is set.

Call it:
Round Up 2010
The Hell Froze Over Wheeling Event!!!

Ok....how about this:
The Last Round Up V.2010
"Ain't nobody gonna keep us off the rocks..."
