Hi,

I am going to buy a lsd for the rear as I drive fast (60 to 80 kilometers/hour and it will help on slippery roads, and as extra traction.
when we offroad its mostly mud, clay and bumpy roads in the jungle.

auburn looks like the only option.
Id like a some info as I can't find a complete tread about it.
Does it last for ever (like 300k kilometers.)??
does auburn make tighter ones or is there realy only one option??

I have heard and seen a powerbrute done great things.

Are they still available somewhere.??

I know they are on my HEEPS.. But since I prefer to play in sand and mud, snow. I do not do rock crawling. I use the Truetrac.. and they far out perform any other LSD I have used. They are quiet and i have been running them in 5 HEEPS for over 5 years with no breakage or any issues at all. even drove one 40 miles slowly offroad when we tore a pumpkin cover completely off. The axle bearings and pinion bearing did not fair so well.. But i love my Truetrac's .. I also like the fact that in the rain they do not cause a power slip that makes the rigs want to swap ends.

I am going crazy about the true trac.
but its not made for the 40 series

I meant what am I gonna do? Lol autocorrect

get auburn. and hope they will be avail for the next 40 years (im 20 now)
I have seen a 40 series with powerbrutes in front and rear and it plowes trough mud and sand in the savanas of Guyana.

When the auburn does not function 100% anymore I think its useless and trow it away.
