Family trip to Sheeps Bridge to hang out by the water and have some lunch.

Kids, dogs, girlfriends and significant other are encouraged to participate.:bounce::princess::bounce2:

Any land cruiser can make it. I'll be in the 100series...OK

Must cross the water but solid bottom and a fun to cross for the kids:popcorn:

No big 4wheeling in this trip- Mostly smooth FS road that crosses some washes/riverbed along the way. :steer: Also a couple of fun water crossings.

Leaving from SuperPumper on Scottsdale Road & Cactus around 9:00 returning home before dinner.

Which way you going in, through Se7en Springs or Horseshoe?

Horseshoe about 50miles one way. I did this trip about a month ago. Sheepbridge link shows route in detail.
Horseshoe Lake Release is at 150cfs crossings gets scary around 400cfs, so no issues.

Damn that sounds like fun.

wish I could make the trip. You may be enjoying one of the last "nice" weekends temperature-wise.

Have a great time with the family~

Im a little over a hour from Florence.

Actually, not bad. Tack on the 40 factor, probably 2 1/2 from the house.

Braedon is turning 14 on Monday, celebration manana...

We now have interest so we will meeting/leaving from the SuperPumper (map link below) on Scottsdale Rd just north of Sweetwater on the West side - Cant miss it:rolleyes:

SuperPumper has a convenience store and bathrooms along with the highest price gas you can find.

Phil, like to see what we missed, if you have any pics..:meh:

it was fun :bounce:

Great pics.

Ever see anyone fishing there?:hmm:

looks like a good run, maybe next time.

it looked like a nice quiet run,, still decent temps too.

splitshot i fish spots along the verde all the time,,, that particular spot is always good for panfish, even a black ear from time to time, small mouth and cats are pretty common also along the cliff wall, rarely see large mouth and crappie around there.
