Less intrusive/costly CarPlay Option

Anyone using something like this in lieu of intrusive, costly CarPlay integrations?

Good luck with that. Mount your phone on the AC vent…much easier.

I have CarPlay in my other car…not that impress with it. But that’s just me.

Costly, yes the interface kits are certainly more than this option but that screen has nowhere to go in a 200 as stated above.

Intrusive I would argue, especially since I was so stinking scared to pull the dash and screen and hook up a few connections for the EC Offroad system. It maybe took 25 minutes carefully following EC Offroad's video instructions and placing parts and bolts in safe places. So very scared for no reason and zero regrets installing the interface.

The Grom V line unit was actually pretty easy to install and works great after the last software update.
