LED headlight replacement trouble (1 Viewer)

I am installing new headlight bulbs in my daughters ‘20 4Runner an am having trouble. I din Xenon Depot Xtreme HID for the low beam and Xtreme LED Pro for high beam. The HIDs are working but cannot figure out why the LED high beams wont come on. The HIDs stay on but the high beam LEDs will not. Anyone had this issue or might know how to fix the issue. Good thing is the HIDs are working so it can be driven. Just frustrating because they say its an easy plug and play kit but its not, for me at least!

Sometimes LED plug progs will install in the harness two ways. Try flipping the plug over 180 deveees as LED polarity matters where it does not with hid or halogen.
