Leaky oil pan

Looks like I have to replace the oil pan gasket on my 91 LJ78 Prado diesel 2.4l 2L-TE. I would like to do this right. Anyone done one before? Should I go to local Toyota dealer to see if they can get the gasket , or is there a better one out there? thanks

The toyota gasket will be fine. I dont know if the dealer will support your model although I hear thats changing.
Getting an even torque on the screws is important.

there is no gasket, it is sillycone RTV...

scrape what ever is on there off, use ultrablack rtv silicon. torque the bolts. Then retorque in a couple days.
