Leaking Rear Heater Valve on a 1982 FJ40 (1 Viewer)

I have a 1982 FJ40 with the rear heater that is under the center console. The rear heater value is leaking around the shaft. I have search for a new value but I have not been able to locate one. Does anyone have any ideas on how to repair a heater valve or know were I can find one. The valve is rust free. I think the seal around the shaft is shot. I live in Cleveland and during the winter it is great having a working rear heater.
