how check for a leaking head gasket, on 2f , have white and gray smoke when race motor, but not at idle, is this enough infor. ?

If real bad and the leak is into the water system you will be able to see signs of it if you look into the radiator. Carefully remove the radiator cap and see how things look. With the engine running do you see air bubbles? Also make sure no water/antifreeze is in the engine oil Check the dip stick.
You'll want to do a compression check to determine which cylinder might have the leak.

Thank you !

Shops have a test kit for combustion gases in the water jacket. Thats the for sure way to tell. A pressure test of the cooling system will help as well but that will tell you if there is a leak somewhere and not specific to the head gasket.

Are you losing water? Is oil too full? What do plugs look like? Running hot? Lots of symptoms and tests to figure out why its smoking. Could be lots of things going on. As Mike said a compression/leak down may narrow the problem to one (or more) cylinders. Post a video or pics.
