That sucks. On the flip side, my LX sits outside 24x7 and my fix has held up for the last 18 months.I hate to bring possible bad news but both times I’ve gone through this the ultimate fix was a new cowl.

weather stripping gave me a couple more years last time. When it failed again this summer removing the cowl to re do the stripping broke off 2 of the tabs. That sucks. On the flip side, my LX sits outside 24x7 and my fix has held up for the last 18 months.
Mine has been dry since resealing and adding a deflector.
That appears to be the right part. It's a little cheaper from Partsouq. But maybe not cheaper enough to risk the international shipping. I ordered mine through IMPEX from Japan as that was the cheapest way to get it. It was around 400-450 after shipping. But the earlier ones are a lot more expensive than the 2016+ part. The 2010 part is $300 more so the savings was more drastic. Looks like you can order the new part through Toyota rather than Lexus which means it can be included in the 25% off parts sale. That's probably the way I'd do it.Is this the part I'd get to replace on my 2017 that has a leak issue now, post-windshield replacement? I've heard the price was supposed to be in the $200's but looks like it's gone up. Thanks in advance!
