Hi Y’all. I have a 99 lx470 and have a leak appears to be water coming from this. Any ideas?

Perhaps it's the A/C evaporator drip tray drain, shine a flashlight down there.
The is the AC drain for the front AC, you want the water to drip out of there on the outside.
Are you also seeing some water drip on the inside, on the front passenger footwell behind the glove compartment? If yes, evap core seal has failed. It is a pretty easy fix - just search for it here.

No leaks inside. Thank you for letting me know this is normal
On a past FJ cruiser, we extended the drip line with some tubing to get it down below the frame.
