A few weeks ago I noticed my #4 injector line was leaking. I ordered new lines and they have arrived. But, I get to looking and it appears that the leak has ceased. The only thing that I can think of is For a while I was adding a cetane booster to my fuel just prior to the leak. But, last time I filled up, I did not add the booster, now there is no leak. So, can fuel boosters clean the line enough to cause a leak, and now more crap has clogged the leaky injector line?

If there crap clogging up leaks it would be clogging up injectors and the fuel filter should be catching it anyway.
Was it leaking around the trunnion or mid line?

Well,
To be honest I am not sure which is the trunnion (top piece?) or the midline. It appeard to be leaking at the bottom of the line. The bolt that is on the line which connects to the injector itself is where the leak was occuring, untill corrected I will presume this is the trunnion. What I don't understand is why would it leak (a fairly significant amount) and then stop the leak.

as for acers comment, I suppose that it could be a temp issue, I will get her all hot and bothered and see if that causes it to leak. It would make a little sense, pv=nrt, so higher temp=more pressure. But why replace them if they don't leak? Just because I have them and it will give us a reason to  and play with the engine? And ya, we will be up north skiing, drinking, and eating.

The trunnions are what the manual calls the coonecting parts. I would tighten them and see.
If they were leaking you would usually have lots of smoke at start up with air getting in overnight

tightening them is the first thing I did and it didn't seem to help stop the leak. What I don't really understand is why the leak has stopped a couple of weeks later on its own. It is kinda funny that the leak ceased after I recieved the new injector lines. I will run her hot tonight and see if the leak starts again.
