The inside of the front passenger wheel is covered in oil (or some lube) and there is excessive build-up on the axel. Dont know much. Any ideas or thoughts would help. Or is a pro needed?

Very common problem, very common first cruiser maintenance problem as well. You have a leaking or failed birfield seal that is allowing gear oil from the axle housing into the steering knuckle.
Not that bad to fix, unless you need to do a knuckle rebuild as well.

GET A FSM. (Factory Service Manual) read up on the problem, search this forum, get in touch with Yankee Toys and see if anybody is in your area that might be willing to lend a hand, or see if you can tackle it yourself.

Good Luck and Welcome to MUD

Keving is correct. This is a very comomon thing that happens when the seal goes out. Get and FSM and do a Knuckle rebuild at the same time. Good luck.
