Check Chinese portals e.g.
- the link is for the cover but I have seen remotes also
- contact supplier and he might have a tip on how to program them for your vehicle

I have seen some remotes in local market also (definitely Chinese low quality) but they work just fine. Never asked the price.

Check online parts suppliers like Camelback Toyota or 1stToyotaParts.com. Camelback is a Mud supporting vendor.

These guys will likely give you a good price on the part but I believe you still need it programmed to your vehicle by your local dealer for a fee. It may be cheaper to pay your local dealers price as long as they program it for free. (assuming it needs to be programmed locally.)

The computer systems we have here for the programming they will not have access in the US. Here in the middle east (thanks to our friends in china) can clone remotes for you in a matter of mins.

US they will require the local toyota to order a blank FOB from TMC with the VIN hard coded into it first. Then take the car to the dealership to program it to the ignition system.

If you have the time/money you can do all kinds of things with the TLC push button though. I had a contract for Iraq where i had to have the same key work for all 10 units. Another contract i set the cars up to where you didnt need a key FOB and you could always start the car (cars were near the front of the base so the jammer always stopped them form starting)

Next project I am working on is putting the old style key in the TLC 200, right now that option is only on the G DLX, but trying to get it to work with the security and immobilizer in a GXR when I have free time.
