I've looked - been all over the 200 stuff but haven't seen these - and I have to believe these questions/subjects have been covered - thanks for any help you can provide:

* 3rd row seats removal - Is there a post or thread on removing the 3rd row seats? I'm willing to unbolt them as I need that space. Anyone done it before and posted here (or elsewhere)? Before I start I could benefit from others' experience. And what to do with the seat belts back there?

* Rear Entertainment System removal - I understand their resolution is low and they're monoliths that I don't need or want. BUT, I also understand that when removed, there's a large open hole. I thought I saw a cover someone had made (was selling?) to cover this up. Is there a post or thread on removing these and what to do with the holes?

* Running electrical from under hood to rear of LC - I'll likely install a dual battery under the hood and run power to the back for fridge and other accessories including lighting inside. Is there a post or thread on going through the firewall (pics with locations?) and getting power to the back? I saw a mention somewhere about running wires in the wire tray along the sides of the drivers/passenger area but need pics and details as I'm sure others have done it.

Thanks!

Thanks! That's pretty ugly but it works (thanks again)

3rd row is an easy removal just unbolt and stick in the basement. order the Australian mat and call it a day. First thing I did to my 200 series.

This is pretty straight forward. There are rubber firewall pass-through on both sides of the engine bay. They have nipples they can be clipped for passing wiring through. I would recommend a light coat of grease for the first couple feet of wiring. It wipes off and will prevent tearing the rubber. It really does make the process easier.

For the 3rd and 2nd row seatbelts, there are holders for the tongues.

@DPA200 check with @blatant
i think he found the best cargo mat available for the post 3rd row removal coverage.

local guy...

@MagicMtnDan, there are threads on running wiring in the FAQ section. its pretty straight forward. Mr. T left plenty of room along the rockers to run as much power as you could ever dream of.....just ask @Markuson
Where are you located, I thought i saw somewhere you are in AZ....there are several 200s in the valley and northeast parts of the state.

@MagicMtnDan Ok, someone's got to say it. Who's that girl in your profile pic? :)

heh.
I don’t always see avatars on here, so your Q made me pay attention...

So...just because it’s possible, I did a reverse-image-search on google.

Turns out it’s some bimbo...er, I mean...some girl named...Katie Bell.

The “internets“ knows evereh-thangs...!:hillbilly:

Oh cool your local. I'll hold off for now, i recently had to put 1 of my 3rd row seats back in for this hiking season so that grandma could come along. Eventually I'll get it back out for good, so I'll reach out to you then. Thank you! I know at least another 2-3 guys in the valley with no 3rd rows in their 200's, is it possible to order through you if they are interested?

I'm sure you guy already know this by now, but it sounds like the mat for the Heritage Edition works for no 3rd row pretty well. I ordered one last week, hope to have it early next week. I think the part number was: PT206-60200-02. Hopefully it does the trick.

I have the heritage edition mat in my '13 with third row seats removed, it fits like a glove.
