Hello, I am working on the rear of my car, very rusty 
and I would like to replace the two hinges of the lower tailgate. There are two removable bolts and a bolt fixed to the hinge. I am able to remove the two removable bolts and I am able to wiggle the hinge but I have no idea how to get it loose from the car. The nut for the bolt that is fixed to the hinge is not accessible. See pictures of the old hinge and of the replacement. Any help?
