LC 200 Shark fin delete (need help) (1 Viewer)

So I bought the ARB Base Rack for my 2021 LC. Unfortunately, they sent me the old rails that are too low to accommodate the fin antenna at the rear of the truck, and I’m in the process of waiting for the correct rails. But that go me thinking, I don’t need the antenna (i understand it is for satellite radio?), and would prefer the lower profile rails if I can do something about the fin.

I see where there are antenna fin delete options for the 4Runner and Tacoma, but cannot find anything on the LC. Does anyone know if this can be done?

Good idea. Maybe measure the shark fin and see which will fit better

IIRC the last time someone broke one of those apart there was a thin blade of metal for the antenna protruding to the top of the fin so it is unable to be capped in the same way as the 4R and Tacoma. If you don't want satellite radio it would be as simple as 3D printing a cap with holes and cutting a piece of gasket to fit
