I bought some steel rims without seeing them. When I tried them, I found that the offset is smaller than that of the LC100. However the bolt pattern fits the LC100/LX470.

After doing some searches here, I suspect that they come from a LC105. So, if you are planning a SAS conversion, or just want your wheels to stick out a bit more, these might be very well suited. The size is 16x7.

PM me if you are interested. Items located in Canada.

I also have one such rim - currently used as a spare ;). It's actually 16x6.5J if it's original Toyota rim.

Well, then I have different rims. This one I boght for a spare in Morroco and is for LC105 and also for LC78/79. I didn't know that OEM Toyota 16x7J steel rims exist.
But in Europe there are also 16x6.5J available for LC100. Also an interesting option for a spare to gain some ground clearance (with a 235/85R16 spare tire).

I'll try to take some photos, and see if you recognize it. As I said, I think it is from a 105. But since I got these through someone else, I don't know for sure.

Are these the split rims? And they're 5 on 150mm, and what do you estimate the backspacing is, or how much less BS than the US alloys? PMing you.

No, they are not split rims. They are 5x150. I had them on my LX470 and they fit perfectly. I also have the lug nuts with M14x1.5 thread (and a couple spares).

I'll measure the offset. With 285s the tires stick about 1.5" outside the fender.

They weigh 30 lbs each.

white_lx -- I'd sure be interested in seeing some photos of those puppies on your truck. I've been looking for a nice steel replacement from my stock rims.

thx!

I had the tires removed already, because it is illegal here to drive with tires sticking out the fenders. It looked impressive, and I should have taken some pictures.

Below are some photos. I hope it works.

The rims are not original Toyota. Sorry about that. There is a sticker on the inside, that reads "Mangels Indl. Comercia Ltd". Stamped in the rim is the following text "Mangels T-7JJx16-866 DOT 02/02 made in Brasil 188".

I measured the offset. The wheels are 206 mm wide. They seat 107 mm from the inside. So the offset is: 107 - 206/2 = +4 mm. That means that they are almost centered. Maybe they are centered, since this is a QD measurement with a tape measure.

Just as a matter of interest. The ZA spec steel wheels for the 105 series are 8JJ x16.
