I'm within a few miles of Festenal and I've used them before. I'll crate them and get a quote. Last I heard, they don't ship to CA. Do you know if that's true?

We can also try Forwar Air. I've shipped with them out of Dulles and Baltimore locations. They typically have locations near major airports. Are you familiar with them?

For the question about the Brazilian spec doors, they have a wing window and an arm rest instead of the door strap.
