LandTank Seat Extension / Seat Bearing Help Needed (1 Viewer)

After following the instructions from LankTank and looking at the video on youtube I have done everything correctly.

However during assembly the seat tracks do not have the full intended range of motion.

I took them apart sanded everything smooth again and reassembled.

Still rough and not having the full range of motion. Even with tons of track grease.

I must not be installing the bearing correctly. Does any one have pictures from installing their seat tracks?

So it looks like in the process of test fitting the rails on and off the seat track bearings bent.

Is there any place to source these from? I'd imagine they are a generic item.
