Yes sir, a tad. My initial thought is to cut about 2 inch above the top, sleeve, extend and weld. Entertaining others ideas and solutions.

I'm thinking lower the bars... Leave the center hoop section, lower the outer hoops to between the headlights and flashers perhaps...
