Land Cruiser in Deposit, NY/Delaware River

I had the family up on the Delaware this past week and saw a nice looking white 80 series with (what I thought was IPOR) front and rear bumpers... Anyone on this forum? I was going to pick your brain regarding the rear bumper. I am about to order one...

I'm not the guy, but I just bought IPORS rear bumper for my 80... With a slight modification.... I had them cap the ends...
