im loooking for a cheap n complete set up of 69-74 vent window. from frame to glass and lock, preferrably near san diego california, near naval base, how much?

I checked the set i have here is what they look like, one does NOT have a lock (bummer) if you still want em let me know i can ship. hows 15.00 plus actual shipping (probably 10 bucks)
